Q: When will my order ship? A: Orders ship Monday through Friday. RMC guarantees orders will be shipped within 48 hours of your order being received. We strive to ship out orders the same day whenever possible..
Q: Do you offer discounts or Coupons? A: Yes...We offer fantastic value with our everyday low pricing in addition to seasonal coupons.
Q: How long will it take to get my order? A: Shipping times vary with conditions such as weather, urban or rural location, manpower & equipment conditions all effecting delivery times. Q: Will RMC ship to the United States of America? A: No we do not ship outside Canada at this time. Please contact us and we can refer you to a distributor in your country.
Q: Do you offer Kosher Products? A: Yes, all our K-Cups are certified Kosher.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: Most orders are processed the same day they are received. If your order has not been processed and you would like to change or cancel please call 1-877-312-7043 or send an email to customercare@rmcbeverage.com
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes? A: Yes our carrier Canada Post serves all Canadian address’s including PO Boxes.

Q: Does RMC offer a recurring order? A: No RMC does not provide a recurring order service but instead allows you to select a reminder email. An email reminder is an automatic reminder to order your coffee. This is great for the person whose consumption and ordering·· interval varies from order to order. At check-out you will see a box to check off indicating you would like an email reminder. You will then select the interval you wish to receive this reminder.
